EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES
We carefully support internal development of our knowledge base and the knowledge transfer among all employees, thus we fully support progressive learning of upgraded expert knowledge. Internal workshops, presentations, webinars, product trainings and focusing on intensive usage of internal knowledge base materials are basics to personal development of individuals in Euro Plus, that contribute to our mutual success greatly.
Throughout this procedure, our employees are awarded with numerous international worldwide acknowledged certificates, they are involved in international workshops, seminars and conferences. A successful combination of experience and gained knowledge is transformed into innovative and advanced level of the individual work or a project group, that supports higher development level in sense of developing new functionalities for existing products or adding new products in the wide product range of Euro Plus solutions.
Euro Plus also stimulates other forms of education of its employees, especially on higer levels. In the past year there were three employees successfully involved in pre-degree educational programmes.
SPECIAL PROGRAMME TRAININGS
Euro Plus has been selected on the basis of a public call to participate in funding educational projects from governmental side in the year 2008, formed by Slovenia employment service, that is funded by European Institute of Social Services.
We have integrated a specialistic educational programme under the name "Renewal of sales processes - implementation of Produs programme". 11 employees were involved in this training, and they have achieved several important project goals:
- integrated sales system tailored to customer's needs according to Produs programme
- sales team training to meet the needs of service sales concept (targeting the right problem; acknowledgement of the cause of the problem; possible solution vision build-up; creating access to the decision - maker; creating a plan to solution implementation check; accomplishing a sales opportunity)
- educated sales team to meet the goals of set sales system
